Everyone starts with the basic package which includes the following:

- Advitel software that enables scheduling etc.
- 6 branded messages
- 3 courtesy messages (if optional news service not taken)
- Customer website for managing scripts and scheduling
- Choice of voices (2 male / 2 female)
- Choice of music
- Scriptwriting service
- Production
- Central secure hosting
- Remote monitoring (if unit connected to web for updates)
- 12 month content license removing the need fo PRS / MCPS licenses
Customers are then able to choose from the following Optional Extras to tailor the service to their changing needs:
Daily News updates – headlines, weather, sport, entertainment, business and light news read by professional newsreaders and delivered 6 days per week 52 weeks per year.
Additional message pack – five additional messages for use whenever they are needed.
Additional 12 month licence - if your customers simply want to continue playing their existing messages after the initial 12 month license has expired they can extend their licence at a much reduced rate.
Multi-site options - The central hosting and update feature of Advitel OnHold makes this the ideal solution for multi-site operations. If you have customers with more than one site please contact us to discuss your requirements in detail.
