Advitel OnHold offers a basic service which can then be added to from a range of optional extras to create the perfect onhold experience. The service is centrally hosted so updating is easy whether it's for one or a hundred sites. Playlists can be managed from a PC so different messages from your library can be scheduled to play on different days, or even at different times on the same day.
Our customer services team monitor each individual installation every working day to make sure that the service is working as it should and if there are any problems we’ll be in touch straightaway.
All recordings and scripts are available online and if only one message needs changing then that’s all we will take from the inclusive bundle. As well as providing the tools to integrate the phone into current marketing activity clients also have full access to our creative team for script writing, voice and music selection.
