Monitoring - The Advitel technical team monitor all our installations (provided they are connected to the internet) on an ongoing basis. In the unlikely event that one of our units fails to check in our checker software notifies the team and they contact the reseller to notify them.
Updates - Our centrally managed service enables customers to specify when they would like their play list to change. Whether that's for one site or many sites there's no longer any need for someone to insert a CD / module / USB stick to get the service updated. With just a few clicks all sites are updated with the right messages at the right time.
